A Home Theater Worth Staying Home For.

Dedicated theaters, media rooms, and whole-home audio — designed, installed, and calibrated by the same Danville family that's been doing sound since 1978. You pick the movie. We handle everything else.

Home Theaters Built Around How You Actually Watch

Some families want a true dedicated theater — dark room, big screen, seats that rumble. Others want a living room that sounds incredible but still looks like a living room. We build both, and we start by asking how your family really uses the space.

Dedicated Theater Rooms

A room with one job: making movies feel like an event. Projector and screen sized to the space, seating laid out so every spot is a good one, and lighting that gets out of the way. Lights down, movie on, and the outside world is gone for two hours.

Media Rooms & Living Rooms

You don't need a spare room to get real theater sound. We turn family rooms, basements, and bonus rooms into spaces that handle Saturday cartoons, Sunday football, and Friday movie night — without making the room feel like a cockpit.

4K & Laser Projection

A picture ten feet wide changes how a movie feels — and today's laser projectors are bright enough to hold up even in rooms with windows. We help you choose between a projector and a big-screen TV based on your room, not the spec sheet.

Dolby Atmos Surround Sound

With Dolby Atmos, sound doesn't just come from the front — it moves around and above you. Rain falls from the ceiling. A helicopter passes overhead. Done right, you stop noticing the speakers and just sit inside the story.

Speakers You Hear, Not See

In-wall and in-ceiling speakers deliver serious sound while disappearing into the room. No black boxes on stands, no wires along the baseboard — just music and movies coming from a room that still looks like your home.

TV Mounting & Clean Wiring

A TV mounted straight, secured properly, with every cable hidden inside the wall. It sounds simple. It's the thing homeowners thank us for most — because it looks clean the day we leave and stays that way.

Whole-Home Audio, Inside and Out

Music in the kitchen while you cook. The game on the deck while you grill. The same song following you from room to room — or a different one in each. Whole-home audio makes the entire house part of the system, controlled from one app.

Whole-Home Audio

Speakers in the rooms you actually live in, all playing together or each doing its own thing. Turn it up for a cookout, keep it low for dinner. One app, every room, no stack of remotes.

Outdoor Audio

Weather-rated speakers for the patio, deck, and pool that sound full even at low volume — so your backyard sounds great without broadcasting to the whole neighborhood. Built to live outside in Virginia summers and winters.

Smart Control: Savant, Control4 & RTI

One remote or one app runs everything. Press a button and the lights dim, the screen comes on, and the movie starts. If your grandkids and your in-laws can both run it, we did our job.

Gear That Lasts

We install brands we'd put in our own homes — Sonos, Denon, Focal, JL Audio, Samsung, and LG among them. And because we stand behind what we sell, everything you buy from us carries a lifetime labor warranty.

Design, Install, Calibrate — Then We Teach You

A great system isn't just good gear. It's the right gear, in the right room, tuned to that room, run by people who know how to use it. That's why our process has four steps, and we don't skip any of them.

1. Free In-Home Consultation

We come to your house, walk the room, and listen to what you want out of it. Then we design a system for your space and your budget — with an honest quote and clear options, no pressure and no obligation.

2. Clean Installation

Wiring concealed in the walls, equipment tucked away neatly, and your home treated with respect from the first hour to the last. We test everything before we call it done.

3. Calibration

Here's the part most people skip: speakers tuned to your actual room. A properly calibrated modest system will beat an expensive one that was hung on the wall and left alone. We dial in every channel before we hand you the remote.

4. Walkthrough & Training

We don't leave until you can run everything yourself — and we mean everyone in the house, not just the person who called us. And if a question comes up next month, you call us, not a 1-800 number.

A Local Team That Answers the Phone

We've been a family-run shop in Danville since 1978, with more than 2,500 installations behind us. When you call about your system, you're talking to the people who built it — not a call center two states away.

Since 1978

We started in car audio and have spent nearly five decades learning how to make rooms — and vehicles, and sanctuaries — sound right. That experience shows up in every home we work in.

Lifetime Labor Warranty

Buy your gear from us and our labor on it is covered for life. If something we installed needs attention down the road, we come fix it. Simple as that.

Financing Through Synchrony

A proper theater is an investment, and you shouldn't have to settle for half the system you want. Financing through Synchrony lets you spread the cost into payments that fit your budget.

Right Down the Road

We serve Danville, Pittsylvania County, Chatham, Gretna, South Boston, Halifax, and Martinsville in Virginia — plus Caswell County, Eden, and Reidsville across the North Carolina line. If you're searching for a home theater installer near you, we're probably minutes away.

Straight Answers

How much does home theater installation cost in Danville, VA?

It depends on the room and what you want out of it — a mounted TV with a sound system is a very different project from a dedicated theater with projection and Dolby Atmos. That's why every project starts with a free in-home consultation and a custom quote with clear options. Estimates are free, and financing is available through Synchrony.

Do I need a dedicated room for a home theater?

No. A dedicated theater room is wonderful if you have the space, but most of our home installs are media rooms — living rooms, basements, and bonus rooms with serious sound and a great picture that still work as everyday family spaces. We design around the room you have, not the room in a magazine.

Should I get a projector or a big-screen TV?

It comes down to your room. Projectors give you a much bigger picture for the money and today's laser models are bright enough for rooms with some ambient light, while big-screen TVs are brighter still and simpler for everyday viewing. When we visit for your free consultation, we'll look at your room's light, size, and seating and give you an honest recommendation either way.

Can you hide the speakers and wiring in a finished home?

Yes — most of our work is in finished homes, not new construction. We run wiring inside walls and ceilings, use in-wall and in-ceiling speakers where you want the gear invisible, and leave the room looking clean. If you're building or remodeling, involve us early and we'll design the wiring in from the start.

What is whole-home audio and how does it work?

Whole-home audio puts speakers in the rooms you use most — kitchen, living room, porch, patio — all controlled from one app on your phone. You can play the same music everywhere for a party or something different in each room, and set the volume room by room. Systems from brands like Sonos and Denon make it simple enough that the whole family can use it.

What does your lifetime labor warranty cover?

Any gear you purchase from us carries a lifetime labor warranty: if something we installed needs service down the road, our labor to make it right is covered for as long as you own the system. We're at 310 Old Riverside Drive in Danville, so help is minutes away — not a shipping label and a wait.
